Take the Prices Fork Road Exit off Route 460. Left on Plantation
Road 1 mile to sale site. (Refer to map on inside front cover).

Sale Terms and Conditions
The cattle will sell under the Suggested Sale Terms and
Conditions of the American Simmental Association. Settlement
must be made sale day and before cattle will be released.

Livestock Insurance
Insurance for your purchases will be available sale day. Jamie

All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither
the owners, the sale manger nor the Prime Time sale consignors
assume liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents or loss of property.
As the sale manager, DP Sales Management is only an agent for
the seller and has no responsibilities other than those involved in
conducting the sale.

Herd Health
The cattle will be accompanied with proper health certificates
from immediate shipment. An updated breeding and calving
sheet will be available sale day and also will indicate cattle that
are calfhood vaccinated and/or from certifi ed and accredited herds.

The EPDs reported in this catalog are spring 2010 numbers. Note that EPDs may change from the time the catalog is printed until registration papers are transferred to the new owner.
