TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) All cattle will sell under the Suggested Sale Terms & Conditions of the American Simmental Association and the American Angus Association. These terms and conditions will be available sale day. 2) We guarantee our cattle to be breeders but reserve
the right to test any animal that may be returned to us as a non-breeder for one hundred eighty (180) days before making an adjustment. Cattle will be returned at the buyer’s expense, and if declared a sound breeder by a competent veterinarian, the cattle will be returned to the buyer’s ranch at the buyer’s expense. In case an adjustment is required it will be made with a replacement of equal value to the animal in question or credit on the purchase of another animal. 3) Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk.
