INSPECTION OF CATTLE: Cattle may be viewed at the sale site beginning Friday, March 28th. Prior to that cattle may be viewed at the farm.

HEALTH: Interstate health papers will be furnished on all cattle selling.

HERD HEALTH PROGRAM: Summer - Vaccinated with Ultrabac 7/Somnubac and Bovisheild Gold 5 plus poured with Dectomax. Ear notched and tested 100% BVD free. Fall - Vaccinated with Ultrabac 7/Somnubac, Bovisheild Gold 5 and One Shot pasturella. Dectomax injectable and poured with Durasect. March - Vaccinated with Spirovac VL5 and semen evaluation

TERMS: CASH - Please settle for cattle promptly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All cattle sell according to the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.

CARCASS EPDS & $VALUES: The American Angus Association is now calculating Carcass EPDs on a weekly basis using all available carcass harvest data, ultrasound data and the Igenity Angus specific genomic profile data. It is possible new data has been submitted between the date the catalog was finalized and sale day, which will affect the individual Carcass EPDS and $Values indexes of the animals selling. If your purchasing decision relies highly on the most current carcass data available, please look up animals of interest on the American Angus Association web page prior to viewing the sale offering.

TRUCKING: We will be glad to assist in making the best possible trucking arrangements.

INSURANCE: Will be available sale day through Conover Auction Service, an American Livestock agent. LIABILITY: All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise for their safety or the behavior of the animals. The Owners, Auction Service and Sale Staff assume no liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: From the block will take precedence over the catalog. Buyers unable to attend may send their bids to the Auction Service, Field Representatives or Auctioneer.

LUNCH: Complimentary lunch will be served at 11 am, prior to the sale.

FEEDER CALF BUY BACK
This past year we purchased a few select lots of our customers feeder cattle either through an auction market or private treaty. We bid on several more lots, but did not get them. We intend to purchase alot more feeder cattle from our customers in the coming years. We have been working with two large feedlots this past year so when it is time to sell your cattle we encourage you to call us so we can be present to bid on your cattle. More bidders make you more money.

PURCHASE OPTIONS
We are offering a few options to enable you to tailor your selections to fit your management needs:
Option I: A 2% discount offered to those who take possession on sale day.
Option II: A 3% discount is offered to those who purchase 3 bulls.
Option III: A 4% discount is offered to those who purchase 4 bulls.
Option IV: A 5% discount is offered to those who purchase 5 or more head of cattle.
Option V: If needed, these bulls may go back to Steele's feedlot for care. Bulls can be picked up or delivered at anytime. Please specify arrangements sale day.
